How are the orders shipped? How long will it take to receive my order?

Once we receive your final okay on the proofs, you will receive your order within 7 business days.  Generally, the orders will arrive earlier than 7 days, but if you have a delivery deadline and the orders must arrive by a certain day, we encourage you to call us with your requirement. Standard domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which usually requires 1 day in transit if you are on the East Coast and 3-7 days if you are Central or West Coast.

How much does expedited orders cost?

All our cards are guaranteed to arrive within 7 business days. If you need them sooner, here is a breakdown of the cost of an expedited order:

5 day - add 10% to your order total

3 day - add 20% to your order total

2 day (order today, receive it day after tomorrow) - add 30% of your order total

Overnight orders (order today, receive it tomorrow) - add 60% to your order total

For all shipping times except 1-day delivery, orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be considered to have been received on the next business day.

For 1-day delivery, orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be considered to have been received on the next business day.

How do you find your greeting card photographers?

Our selection process is rigorous. We receive hundreds of submissions via online photography websites, submission requests, and photographer recommendations. We only work with the best photographers, who have a commitment to their art and in continuing to produce excellent photography.

I am a photographer? How do I submit my work for review?

We periodically review photographer submissions. If you are interested in submitting your work, please email 6-8 jpg images to info@woomecards.com. Please include the city you are submitting images for in the title. If you want to submit images from your website, make sure you send us links to the individual pages you want us to review, not just a link to the homepage of your website.
