About Me

Hello!  My name is Stephanie Woo.  I founded WOO ME CARDS—under a different name, but I’ll get to that later—in 2005 because it seemed like a quick and convenient way for me to indulge and express my passions for art, photography, and great American cities.  And you know what?  It worked!  Five years later, we’re moving in bigger and better directions every day.

For example:  Our name.  Loyal customers may remember us as Message From New York.  We recently changed it because, well, we’re a lot more than greetings from New York.  We’re greetings from LA... Philly... so many great places.   Hence the switch to WOO ME CARDS, which, of course, is a play on my name as well as a gesture to the sweet, somewhat nostalgic, ability of greeting cards to “do the woo for you”, as one of my employees likes to say.
